Dr. Tina Harris is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with IUHP and Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology & Imaging Sciences at the Indiana University School of Medicine, practicing at Methodist Hospital for the past 19 years. Through the network of IU Health she covers care of patients in Indianapolis and around the state of Indiana and teaches medical students and residents at the IU School of Medicine. She specializes in imaging of the abdomen and pelvis with a focus in OBGYN ultrasound and gynecologic MRI. She serves as the Director of Obstetric and Gynecologic Ultrasound for the IU Health Adult Academic Health Center, Department of Radiology. She trained at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland; is an Alpha Omega Alpha, cum laude graduate of Yale University Medical School and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Princeton University. She was born and raised in Indianapolis. She and her husband Dr. Kinchen have two children, Kourtney a recent college graduate and Justin a college freshman. Dr. Harris has enjoyed a part-time work schedule throughout her 21 years in the field, first in a private practice in Baltimore before joining her present group in Indianapolis. She enjoys Bible study, singing, event planning, volunteer work, traveling, cooking and spending quality time with close friends and family.
